Khanh Hoa Campus Dormitory: A dream residence for many students!

Modern, convenient, affordable, and secure — these are the hallmarks that have made the dormitory at Ton Duc Thang University’s Khanh Hoa Campus an increasingly appealing option for many students.

Core Principle: To serve students by providing the best possible support for living, daily life, and studying in on-campus housing.

1. Overview

The Khanh Hoa Campus dormitory is situated on the university premises at 22 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Vinh Phuoc Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

The existing dormitory offers 35 rooms, providing accommodation for up to 228 students.

Currently, a new dormitory with a capacity of up to 428 students is nearing completion and the facility is expected to be operational in the near future. Once open, the modern complex is expected to significantly enhance the quality of life for students living and studying on campus. The new dormitory complex is designed with a modern aesthetic and will integrate various landscape features, such as lawns, green spaces, recreational areas, and walkways. Facilities supporting student athletics and physical well-being — including football, volleyball, and basketball courts, as well as dedicated spaces for yoga and gym workouts — have also been constructed adjacent to the dormitory complex. With these comprehensive amenities, resident students can enjoy a full spectrum of daily needs without ever having to leave campus.

2. Inside the Dormitory: Facilities and Amenities

  • The dormitories feature a range of amenities, including a cafeteria, in-room Wi-Fi, and a weekend radio system where students can request songs, fostering a relaxing atmosphere after classes.
  • Each room is equipped with a private restroom to better meet the living, daily life, and study requirements of resident students.
