Economic Law - Postgraduate Program

The Master's program in Economic Law offers both a research track and an applied track. Each track combines research with practical application, ensuring that upon completion, students are able to apply theoretical knowledge to practical activities, develop critical thinking and gain in-depth theoretical knowledge to build new knowledge and continue research at the doctoral level. This program helps students supplement, update and enhance their knowledge of law, particularly in-depth knowledge in economic law and apply that knowledge to business legal consulting in areas such as legal issues in corporate governance, labor management law within enterprises and mergers and acquisitions law. On this basis, students gain the legal knowledge and skills needed to develop and manage legal risk-prevention strategies for businesses. The program also helps students develop the ability to work independently and think creatively.
